Tessa Rochon

Tessa Rochon joined Keating & Lyden, LLC (“K&L”) in 2021 as an experienced paralegal after working extensively in the music industry for thirteen (13) years. Tessa is a dedicated professional who specializes in small business transactions for K&L.

After growing up in a small town north of Detroit and earning a degree at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Tessa moved to Colorado in 2008 to work for All Phases Event Group, LLC (“All Phases”) as the company’s Office Manager, and over the years she earned the title of Vice President of Administration. At the time, All Phases was an independently owned production company based out of Boulder that produced a variety of special events including music and yoga festivals, marketing activations, summer and winter concert series, fashion shows and weddings.

In 2014, Tessa moved on to work for Madison House Presents, LLC (“Madison House”), a subsidiary of AEG Presents, LLC (“AEG”), the second largest live-entertainment company in the world. Serving as Madison House’s Contract Manager, Tessa bridged the gap between AEG’s legal department in Los Angeles and the Madison House offices in Boulder, Chicago and New York.  At the time, Madison House promoted and produced nation-wide shows, tours and festivals, and managed a seasonal venue in Forest Hills, New York.

Tessa enjoys playing guitar, making music and singing with friends, going to concerts, snowboarding, camping in the mountains, going on walks and making pierogi during the holidays.
